A Note From Us

From all of us here at Simone LeBlanc, we hope you’re all staying healthy and safe during this time. We are so appreciative of your continued support and are encouraged by your heartfelt sentiments to us and also that accompany all of your orders. You are spreading kindness and compassion which the world needs now more than ever!

We know you may have some questions so we wanted to share some information about how we are managing our order processing and production through this unprecedented time. Here’s our rundown:

Our Team:

To protect the health and safety of our team, we are working from our homes until further notice under California’s “Safer At Home” order. Online Orders and Customer Service: We are open with our normal business hours of M-F 9 am-5 pm PST and are taking orders and questions as normal. We’ve got you covered!

Order Processing:

We are in a unique position that we can still ship our gifts without a warehouse, so we are still able to ship while sheltering in place and prioritizing the protection of our staff and our community. All in-stock gifts ship within 24 - 48 hrs. We are taking increased health and safety precautions, including wearing gloves and taking regular breaks for hand washing. If your order is unable to be fulfilled, we will let you know right away and then we will reach out to you again when our studio reopens with an eta.

Our Studio:

Our LA production studio is closed for pickups from customers and local messengers until further notice.
