We just introduced our Spring-hued, breakfast in bed-inspired Mother's Day line of gifts to the shop, and we're so excited to share with you some more about the artisans and products featured. You still have time to snag this sweet gift - we like to think of it as supreme thoughtfulness, delivered to the doorstep. Read more about the products below, and head to the shop to get one on its way.
First up ... Heather Taylor Home comprises a line of homewares and textiles created by my dear friend, and an all-around inspiring LA lady, Heather Taylor. Her linen textiles are soft to the touch, subtly graphic, and timeless - I love their quiet pops of color on rustic, soft - to - the - hand linen. The tea towel included in the Mother's Day box - adorned with pale peach, diamond-shaped hand-embroidery - feels like it was created especially for us - and we couldn't be happier to share it with you.
Granola Project is created locally in Los Angeles by another talented lady who is close to my heart, Lauren Soloff. Lauren uses only the highest quality, organic ingredients. Her years-in-the-making recipe, which includes oats, maple, cinnamon, olive oil, dates, and sea salt, draws upon both her New England upbringing and the sun dazed highways of her current California residency. We promise it is among the most decadent and delicious granola treats you'll ever have the pleasure of tasting.
The beyond soothing, handmade Lite+Cycle candles from artist Kristi Head are 100% earth-made with pure essential oils (no compounds), vegetable waxes and a single cotton wick. The lavender of the featured pillar candle is cultivated in France, and then steam-distilled for a supremely clean burn and aromatic scent that instantly relaxes.
